The Soluma Method

Four threads, one weaving.

The Soluma Method emerged organically by virtue of the way these practices meld together — and is joining this new era of self-sovereignty as a single, attentive process, yet unique to each of you.

Four access points — entwined, yet independent.

The four pillars

I

Body — Somatic Session

The body keeps a long memory. Somatic unwinding is the practice of listening to what's already present in the tissues — the held breath, the braced shoulder, the quiet ache — and giving it the room and the witness it has been waiting for. Release happens through awareness, not force.

II

Heart — Ancient Breath

Coming soon

We now know scientifically what the gurus have been sharing and protecting for ages: that breath is the foundational medium through which we access our nervous system, the toroidal field, and our inner healing pathways. Soluma offers a foundational breathing practice preserved from the ancient temples of the East, over 5,000 years ago.

Ancient Breath acts as an access portal into your inner world — your mind, body, emotions, and more — offered as another pathway back to the whole self.

Why breathe with intention? How to breathe is an emergent topic in science, and specifically in healthcare. Once again, science is about to prove what the ancients had already figured out: our personal habits and beliefs carry unique body codes, access points, and frequencies — and this is exactly the language Ancient Breath speaks. It provides foundational maintenance and enhancement of the chakras, meridians, organs, rhythms, and balance, as well as a self-learning, self-perpetuating modality.

This thread is being shaped carefully and will open in stages.

III

Brain — Therapeutic Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a focused, cooperative state where the subconscious becomes reachable — not overridden. We use it to revisit what was learned in younger moments, soften what no longer serves, and integrate what does. You stay aware, in choice, and at your own pace throughout.

Five focuses I return to most often

  • Fears & Phobias

Softening the grip of what once kept you small.

  • Releasing Habits

Loosening the patterns that no longer belong.

  • Integrating Habits

Building the small, sustaining practices that do.

  • Insomnia

Restorative sleep is foundational. The body yields to rest when it trusts — or when it no longer has a choice. Trust has depth; so does sleep. Once we cross the threshold, the body calibrates where energy can safely restore, shaping both depth and duration of repair.

  • Trauma Recovery

Meeting what happened with care, on your terms, at your pace.

IV

Soul — Tarot / Symbolic Reading

The cards are a mirror, not a forecast. Long before words, the brain speaks in images — symbol, scene, and archetype are its native tongue. A reading meets you there directly, slowing the moment enough for pattern, timing, and quiet next steps to become visible. Used alongside the other threads, divination offers a symbolic language for what the body and breath already know.

Let curiosity lead. It already knows which thread is yours — even if you've forgotten how to listen to it.
